Service System

We have established a comprehensive and robust customer service system to provide timely, effective, professional, and standardized services to our users. With Shenzhen as the main hub, our service branches are located throughout the country, ready to solve problems and provide support to users at the first moment.

Service Policy

If there are quality issues, our company offers a 15-day exchange and 12-month warranty for the products supplied.

For products manufactured by our company, the warranty period begins the day after the purchaser accepts the inspection (the purchaser must complete the inspection within 5 working days after receiving the goods; if no objection is raised during this period, the product is deemed qualified).

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • 1. Failures and damages caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, lightning, flood, etc.).
  • 2. Equipment dampness, contamination, and water ingress.
  • 3. Damage caused by abnormal working conditions (such as input voltage exceeding DC 36V).
  • 4. Damage caused by the purchaser disassembling, repairing, or modifying the product without our company's consent.
