1. Real-time Video Monitoring Function

Vehicles can be monitored in real time via the Taikang Hi-Tech Vehicle-mounted Video Monitoring Management Software. The live footage is smooth and clear, enabling staff to grasp on-site conditions immediately when emergencies occur.

2. Real-time Dispatching Function

After the system is installed, the customer service center can access the locations and real-time operating status of all vehicles within the network upon authorization. The center can take targeted measures and conduct reasonable dispatching of connected vehicles through short messages or voice calls. Additionally, the management functions of this system serve as a powerful tool for vehicle management departments to enhance industrial supervision.

3. Vehicle Position Query Function

The customer service center can check the real-time locations of all vehicles at any time as required, and accurately display vehicle status including speed and driving direction on the electronic map at the center. The electronic map of the system adopts a vector format. It supports querying vehicles in any designated area and displaying information in layers as needed. Users can freely zoom in, zoom out and move the map. It also enables multi-window monitoring on a single screen, as well as target locking and automatic tracking in designated windows.

4. Alarm Function

When the customer service center receives alarm signals sent by vehicle-mounted terminals, including active emergency alarm, door alarm, power cut alarm, undervoltage alarm and others, the system will automatically classify and process these signals, and alert commanders via sound and light prompts. Alarm vehicles will have their alarm status and locations prominently displayed on the map. The monitoring level of alarm targets can be raised as required. Meanwhile, the system automatically records vehicle tracks and conducts audio recording. Based on the alarm situation and police force distribution, commanders can carry out dispatch arrangements and handle police alerts via short messages or voice calls.

5. Remote Fuel Cut-off Function

If unauthorized vehicle use or accidents are detected, the monitoring center can send commands to cut off the fuel supply. The vehicle will no longer be operable once it comes to a stop.

6. Anti-hijacking and Anti-theft Control Function

One prominent feature of this function is that it can fully protect the driver's personal and property safety. In case of vehicle theft or hijacking, the driver can avoid direct confrontation with criminals. The driver may quietly press the alarm switch, or call the customer service center for help after escaping from the vehicle. The center will receive the alarm signal within seconds. In accordance with the vehicle file database, the management system will display all relevant data of the alarmed vehicle, such as vehicle number, model, license plate number, color, as well as the driver's name, age and gender. Meanwhile, the electronic map at the center will instantly show the vehicle's real-time location, speed and driving direction, leaving the vehicle with nowhere to hide.

7. Track Recording and Playback Function

The system can automatically record the driving tracks of monitored and dispatched vehicles and support track playback. It provides credible evidence for subsequent case analysis and dispute settlement.
